Strength and Fitness
This is the core of what we do at Sox Up.
Our group training is built on structure, not guesswork. We run a balanced weekly split designed to help you build strength, improve your conditioning, and move better for life outside the gym. Every session is coached with purpose, delivered with intent, and built to make you better — not just tired.
Here’s how it works.
STRONG
Three days of the week are dedicated to strength-focused training.
Each session is part of a structured block that runs for 8 to 12 weeks, with a clear goal — whether that’s building muscle, improving technique, or developing new skills like Olympic lifting.
We focus on good movement first, then gradually layer on intensity. The goal is not to max out every session. It is to build consistency, confidence and strength that lasts.
Whether you’re brand new to training or have been lifting for years, STRONG gives you the foundation to improve week to week. You’ll follow a plan that suits your level, with real coaching to guide your progress at the right pace.
FIT
Three days of the week are focused on conditioning. But this is not just about getting sweaty. It is about getting better.
Each FIT session starts with targeted accessory work that supports the strength work from earlier in the week. Then we move into the conditioning — structured, purposeful, and mapped out to train a specific energy system or skill.
Some days are high intensity and fast. Other days are slower and focused on pacing and control. Every session is designed to challenge you in different ways, with a focus on progress you can track, not just effort you can survive.
We are not here to smash you into the ground. We are here to make you fitter, more capable, and more resilient over time.
