Welcome to Sox Up — a community-first gym based in Chipping Norton, NSW, built for everyday people who want real results through smart, structured training.
We exist to bridge the gap between high-quality programming and everyday accessibility.
Our goal is simple: to help people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident through training that’s designed to improve you — not just exhaust you.
We don’t do gimmicks, random workouts, or one-size-fits-all approaches. What we do offer is consistent coaching, thoughtful programming, and a supportive environment where effort is respected and progress is earned.
Our team is made up of passionate coaches who actually care — about your technique, your goals, and your ability to keep showing up. Whether you’re starting from scratch, coming back from injury, chasing performance, or just looking for a better way to train, we’ve got space for you here.
We offer a range of programs to suit different needs:
- Strength and Fitness for structured, progressive group training that builds power, endurance and confidence
- Reformer Pilates for improving control, mobility, core stability and movement quality
- Teens Training for building confident, capable young athletes
- 1:1 and Small Group Coaching for personalised support and goal-specific results
Reformer Pilates deserves a special mention. We introduced this program to help our members move better, recover more effectively, and build a stronger foundation for whatever other training or life demands they face. It’s low impact but highly effective, and the perfect complement to our strength and conditioning program.
Beyond the gym floor, we’re proud to be active in our community — running events, supporting local causes, and creating a space where people connect through something bigger than fitness.
