Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is the newest chapter in what we offer at Sox Up — and we could not be more excited to bring it to our community.
We built this space because we know what happens when strength meets control, when movement is intentional, and when quality is valued over quantity. This is not just about flexibility or stretching. It is about moving better, feeling stronger, and building a body that can actually do the things you care about — in the gym, in sport, and in everyday life.
Whether you are here to support your strength training, recover better, improve posture, or simply feel more in tune with how your body moves, this is your place.
Why Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses spring-loaded machines that add resistance and support to a wide range of controlled movements. It allows you to train strength, stability, mobility and balance all at once — without needing to smash yourself to feel results.
This style of training is low impact but incredibly effective. It builds core strength, challenges stability and helps you unlock better movement patterns. Every session helps you build strength from the inside out.

Our Approach
Just like our strength and conditioning program, Pilates at Sox Up is coached with intent.
We keep our classes small so every session can be properly guided and coached. You will not get lost in the crowd. Our instructors are here to help you understand each movement, build confidence and get stronger every time you step on the reformer.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, and our team knows how to scale movements to suit your needs. Whether you are brand new or experienced, you will find the right level of challenge here.
